Green Goods orders are shipped UPS and Fedex for quantities less than 1 palette. For larger orders, we use a freight company. Prior to checkout, you will be quoted a shipping rate based on your physical location and the content and quantity of your order. For large orders, we will contact you regarding specific shipping details. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. While we do our best to package products for safe delivery, sometimes damages can occur in transit. Please save all of your paperwork and packaging materials and contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Damage claims must be processed within 30 days of your order.

Green Goods collects certain non-personally identifiable visitor information for our own internal analytics and advertising. This information is based on your IP Address. We only collect personal information via our website contact form and customer information forms to process orders. However, we do not merge this personal information with anonymous data collected on our website. Green Goods uses Secure Socket Layer encryption for all personal information exchanges.
Returns & Replacements
For most of our products, returns are offered within 30 days on unopened, undamaged materials with a restocking fee and return freight to be assumed by the customer. However, many of the products sold are specialty or custom orders (ex. roll material cut to specific quantities, sundries, discontinued products) and cannot be returned. Please contact Green Goods prior to ordering if you have any questions regarding specific product return policies.

Once you have found what you are looking for, enter square footage needed to automatically calculate the quantity required, then press "add to cart".
