So your kitchen remodel is almost complete - appliances are in, countertops are installed, and the cabinet doors are getting installed today. Did you forget something - how about your cabinet hardware?
While cabinet hardware may not seem like that big of a decision, its one of those smaller details that can complete the final look of your kitchen. There's quite a few things to consider when choosing hardware. Do you want knobs everywhere or pulls? How about a combo of both? What style do you want and what finish? - All of these will affect how the final look of your kitchen will be.
Deciding between a knob and a pull? That varies depending on personal preference, but typically you can see knobs on cabinets doors and pulls on drawers. This gives a bit of a variation, but that's not to say you can't do knobs everywhere or pulls everywhere. This will also depend on the style of the kitchen.
The finish of the hardware can make or break the overall look. Do you want brushed or satin nickle, oil rubbed bronze, brush brass, or chrome? Of course depending on the look of the hardware may vary the finishes.
